Before your bath or foot soak. Prepare your body and space. Disconnect from your screens; lower the lights and set the mood. Stay hydrated with a large glass of water or herbal tea. Enjoy creating your own bathing ritual once or twice a week for maximum benefits.
Add 2-3 tablespoons to warm running water. A reusable cotton bag has been provided. Simply add the soak to the bag if you prefer a cleaner bath. Allow it to soak in the water, gently squeezing to release the minerals. Soak for 20-30mins. After your bath, gently pat dry your skin. Rinse the tub after use. Dispose of the bath tea bag contents into the garden or compost and wash bag ready for next time.

Jar is made from recycled plastic. A great way to use up existing plastic. It is recyclable in your kerbside recycling bin. Bath tea bag is made from 100% cotton and is compostable at the end of it's life or can be disposed of in your kerbside waste bin.

I am in love with these bath soaks! They even come with a little 'tea-bag' that you put them in so that your bath doesn't clog up with the little floaties! Smells gorgeous and so relaxing!

Don't tell, but Uplift is my favourite of the range! I'm glad you love the tea bag - don't forget to compost it when you are all finished!!

FAQs

I don't have a bath, can I use this?

Our soaks are equally as good when used as a foot soak. Simply add 1-2 tablespoons to a bowl or tub and soak for up to 30 mins. 

How long will this last?

Our soaks will last for about a year for maximum effect. It is important to store them in a cool, dark place in a sealed bag/container. Salt will attract moisture and oxidise the product. Keep away from extreme heat conditions as this can affect the ingredients. You will get 6-8 bath soaks from each bag depending on how strong your soaks are.

What are the benefits of having a bath?

Baths have been utilised for centuries as a form of therapeutic treatments. They have been shown to help with a range of skin conditions, physical ailments, sleep and more. Incorporating baths into your weekly rituals once or twice a week can have a range of benefits. Read more in our blog, 

Is this suitable to use during pregnancy

Each individual is unique and for your, and your baby’s health, we suggest discussing using products containing magnesium, herbs and essential oils during pregnancy with your treating health provider first. We generally do not recommend using essential oils in your skincare at all during the first trimester. Some practitioners may recommend not using magnesium in the third trimester. Please discuss with your health care provider.

Is this bath soak safe to use for children?

We do not recommend using products containing essential oils on the skin for children under the age of 2 years.

Relaxing bath rituals may be beneficial for children. We recommend using less 1-2 tablespoons of our soaks for children and only once a week.

Children should remain fully supervised and not ingest any of the bath water at all.

Free shipping on all orders over $25.00 Australia Wide.
Standard Shipping 4-7 business days. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. However, we are a very small business and during peak times some delays may occur.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (exclusing QLD public holidays).
Some of our items cannot  be shipped via air freight as they contain flammable liquids (Dangerous Goods). These items can only travel via our road network and may take longer to arrive. This will be clearly marked on the product pages.
We do not currently offer express postage.
