Wholesale FAQs

ORDERING:  Our wholesale range is available through an online ordering system. This allows you to easily and quickly see what stock is currently available for purchase. We will review and reply to your application within 10 business days. Once approved, you will be emailed information on how to use our online ordering portal.

APPROVED RETAILERS: All retailers must maintain a physical storefront and/or online business. Our range is not to be sold on third party websites (ebay/amazon). Our range is available for customers in Australia and New Zealand only and are not to be shipped internationally due to insurance restrictions.

HOW TO ORDER:  Log in using the details emailed to you via our wholesale login. Wholesale pricing will show on the screen. Add the products you are after to the cart ensuring you are meeting our minimum order requirements. The wholesale price will show when you reach the minimum order spend.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS: We have a minimum order of $250 per order. Products in our range have minimum order requirements – if you do not meet the minimum amounts required, your cart will not show wholesale pricing

STOCK: Some of our range is made to order to ensure maximum shelf life. Therefore, our standard turnaround time is 3 weeks. If a product you are after is out of stock or lower than you require, email us and we can give you more information.

PRODUCT TESTERS: Testers are to be purchased at the standard W/S price.

PRODUCT SAMPLES: If you wish to sample products before your opening order, you can do so at the standard wholesale price by contacting us prior.

WHOLESALE PRICING: All prices are listed in AUD dollars and include GST. You can access all pricing once your account has been approved.  Full payment is required before delivery.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING: All domestic wholesale orders attract a $20 standard flat rate shipping fee. Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Wholesale merchandise must be inspected on delivery. If you have any issues with your order, you must notify ELISARA within 7 days. Please see terms and conditions for full details.

CONSIGNMENT/DROPSHIPPING: We do not offer drop shipping or consignment on our products at this stage, however if you would be interested in this, please email us with more information.
